Returns and Exchanges

    • As our clothing is custom-made per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items correctly delivered as ordered. This includes:

      • Discontent with the feel, texture, or color of the fabric (note that colors may slightly vary from website images).
    • Claims related to quality issues or defects must be filed within 14 business days of delivery. For orders lost in transit, claims should be filed no sooner than 5 business days post the estimated delivery date.

Missing Orders

  • What if my order hasn’t arrived?
    • If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified timeframe (30 business days for international, 14 for domestic) and the tracking status isn’t “Delivered,” you are eligible for a replacement.
